Believers Chapel, along with Heritage Aflame Ministries, testify to the work of God taking place in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu, India. Sam and Elizabeth George began their work in southern India 25 years ago. Today, we see a home for children, a fully functioning matriculation school, and a Bible institute that is sending out new leaders to many regions of India and beyond! The people of Tenkasi know this: “That God did an amazing great thing!”
If it is our desire to have an up close and personal relationship with Christ, we are to look at two important factors. First, the details of this relationship as declared by God. If it is to be authentic and genuine, it must be done according to His will. Secondly, our responsibility defined. Relationships take both time and maintenance. If our relationship is to be intimate, it requires an investment of who we are.
Rev. David Herne shares the history and on going work of Heritage AFlame with the people of Believers Chapel. Believers Chapel was birthed from the ministry of Heritage AFlame and continues to serve alongside them in advancing the gospel overseas. God is doing a great work through this partnership and we are so blessed that He chooses to use us in the furthering of His kingdom.
Dr. Sam George, founder of Emmanuel Ministries in Tenkasi, India, shares his heart and story with the people of Believers Chapel. Dr. Sam responded to the call of God and started the ministry in November of 1989. Today, Emmanuel serves as a church, children’s home, and Bible College.
Breakaway Youth from Believers Chapel under the leadership of Seth Snowden had a great time at Heritage Aflame ministry center.
We praise God for the water wells that are giving people freshwater. This well (located in Agona, Swedru, Ghana) not only provides water for a small village but also provides the water for John Rogers Academy and it’s 250 students and staff.
Just after this video was taken Heritage AFlame was able to present John Adjei with more funds to have another water well completed. The funds were provided by two college students who saved their pocket change for the past three years.
Reverend David Herne shares with us from the heart as we take a look at the life of Stephen. Take a moment to look and evaluate your own life and testimony as we consider who Stephen was, what he did, and the impact that he had both then and now.
